Once the necessary documents are prepared, Across Nations Pioneers will develop a loan package and review it. The borrower will sign the completed loan package. Across Nations Pioneers will submit the loan package to the SBA and the contact the first mortgage lender.
Across Nations Pioneers works closely with the private lender in obtaining the first mortgage approval. This process is usually takes two weeks.
SBA approval of the loan package takes approximately two weeks after submission of the completed loan package and the private lender will provide interim and final financing for the project.
An attorney designated by Across Nations Pioneers prepares closing documents for the SBA 504 loan and the borrower will sign the closing documents once completed. The final signed package of closing documents is submitted to the SBA, which typically funds within two months of project completion.
